I tried a couple of prophetic sites and was repeatedly banned for asking questions that nobody could answer... I make $8.00 and hour and I'm not going to dish out $200 on a fortune teller who is most likely false.

You cannot buy prophecy. The Holy Spirit has inspired the writing of the bible. Your carnal mind cannot understand it. It is when you surrender your life to Christ that the Holy Spirit begins to unlock the mysteries of it's pages. It is like a password. Truth is downloaded right into your spirit. Then your mind begins to analyze it. It makes you hungry for more and you begin to diligently seek more truth. It brings joy to your soul as you begin to understand the promises reserved for you. Jesus is no respecter of person. I hear from God daily, so can you if you will stop and listen.
Every answer to mans problems are in the Bible. So read the Word of God.

Just turn on your TV, plenty of self appointed prophets who claim to hear God's voice all the time asking for money and sending people to Hell. They are all the same, all they want is your money.

I would suggest reading the bible, the King James version.
Read the gospel of John or 1John in the New Testament. God will speak directly to your heart through his word, if you are willing to listen.
I don't mean in an audible voice, anyone who says God speaks to them like that is deceived or lying, especially if they want to charge you.
God has given us the bible which tells us all we need to know and his word will work on your conscience and heart. Knowing God will not cost you anything, except leaving your burden of sin and despair behind. he loves you and wants you to know him.

Real prophets don't sell prophecies. They also don't prophecy at will. They hear what God says when God speaks. Real prophets serve God, they don't exploit him. Real prophets are called and chosen by God in an organized way.
