need advice?

my partner had bleeding from the back end and a case of the runs.The doctor felt a numb in his lower abdomin .We got the ultrasound report today it says he his right rectus abdominal muscle is more prominent than his left.Everything else showed up nothing.Is this cause for concern.(only Serious Answers)

right side being more prominent just means he likely is right hand dominant and the muscles on his right side are naturally more developed. A remote possibility would be an abdominal hernia. But it wouldn't cause rectal bleeding and diarhea. suspect the doc needs to do some more testing.
