Hes ONLY 4 Feet and 10 Inches and about 90 pounds,Is this normal? All of his friends are bigger than him.

Boys tend to start puberty a little later than girls. 14 is not the cut off point. Each kid is different.

You dont do anything except reassure him and build his self confidence.

14 is not abnormally old for a male to hit puberty. There is not much that you can do, I am assuming you are the parent. Just make sure that he has a good self esteem and understands that there is nothing wrong with him.

Not a thing you can do about it. I am sure when his body is ready, he will start. Just talk to him and let him know that everyone is different and his time will come. I should know. I have 4 boys, 3 of which are beyond that and have one more left.

I'm female and hit puberty at 15. I went from the shortest to one of the tallest kids in one year.
My husband grew in college.

I'm afraid there is not much you can do he will hit puberty when his clock inside him tells him to hit it. Some people hit puberty early others are late bloomers.

Look at the family history and see if Dad and/or Granddad started late. Each person goes at their own rate so I wouldn't worry yet.

my brother did not start till he was 16
