I also have a Tiffany blue theme and it is a primary color . and my wedding is in May as well how funny!
But I am also using silver, white, and lots of crystals
what I am doing is using touches of silver here and there
bridesmaid all will have silver jewlery and I am buying them earings from this site..
http://www.mysilvercity.com/details.php?cod=B120
as well I am also using white, for table linens
with silver and crystals sprinkeled on the table.
and a box in the center that looks like a tiffany box on top of the box I will have a crystal tree,,, on each table.

this is a inspiration photo, but you could do other things like white roses with blue crystals , or a tree with blue and clear crystals ...........to keep it cheaper ... acrylic beads.
We are decopoging clear plates on the underside to match the tiffany blue. ( it is a hard color to find. )
and my bouquet is white roses, with a very soft touch of pink in it , you wouldn't belive how it make the tiffany blue pop...I was shocked i never thought it would work ...
and I also have crystals in the bouquet, for some extra sparkel
hope i helped you

Do you have a favorite flower? I don't think you need to match your bouquet to your theme, it can be unique. I would suggest to speak with a florist to find out what flowers and colors are available at that time of year I am sure you will find the perfect thing.
If not Roses in any color are always classy and timeless!

As a huge Tiffany fan I would have to say go with their packaging and use black and white. A black bow on an all white bouquet would look gorgeous.

I think that you should go with a white flower...any one...roses, calla lillies etc....and I think that you should go wih a younger more modern themed bouquet....nosegays, the tied stem bundle....just to name a couple. I think that would set off your very young and modern Tiffany theme.

I personally would not pick pink - too much like a baby shower! I think yellow or orange would be nice. Even just the cream sounds nice. I also like blue hydranges with the purplish tint to them (http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/81866/) or with the white insides with yellowish/light green accents: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/60274/
Another though would be to have a striking cream (like calla lilies) or even a bright yellow (like sunflowers or yellow roses) or bright orange (orange gerbera daisies or tiger lilies).

You don't really need to decide yourself. Usually when you sit down with the florist they will tell/show you what will look best. They are the experts.
