those Tempur Pedics (the swedish foam--that you can jump on & not spell wine) are reputed to work well with this stuff; but you do need to get used to them. You might want to test one out for a few nights (and when you purchase pay the $ to get a real one--not a knock-off). I slept on one all summer & never had back pain the whole time; but it was a weird bed!

I would recommend Tempurpedic. You may want to get a king size matress. The material memory foam was invented by NASA as a shock absorbing cushioning for astronauts.I used to have severe neck and shoulder pain and i swear by it. You can also buy neck pillows,Icannot go back to regular pillows anymore. The pillows come in a variety of stles and are also sold according to height of the customer. You can look them online .Brookstone stores in many malls carry the whole line.

maybe you should try an adjustable bed or a sleep-number bed or something with Memory Foam, like a Tempur-Pedic. It may cost a little more, but should be worth it

wickes has a sale on simmons beauty rest beds right now...they are pretty nice since the coils are individually packed. its the bed that you can set a glass of wine on and drop a bowling ball on the other side and the glass of wine will not fall over....they are super comfortable as well. i have had one for six years and never have problems with comfort.

I just recently bought a new Sealy Posteurpedic boxspring and mattress and it has helped my back pain a lot. I didn't realize how bad the old ones were.

do not get a squashy mattress. get a really firm one and whenever you change the bedding, flip the mattress over because it really helps.
