Can you absolutly say that there are no absolutes? Is it definately wrong to say that there are definite rights and wrongs? Can you say without a doubt that you cannot know without a doubt that God is real?

"This sentence is the only absolute, because all others are relative."

There are absolutes, just not the ones you think. There are physical absolutes, such as the zero-energy point (absolute zero) or the speed of light constant. There are "moral" imperatives that are generally universal, such as species survival. More specific moral standards derive from that but they can change under extreme circumstances. Refusing to lie, steal, injure or even kill, IF it means EVERYONE dies, are not virtues. Context and priorities matter when making ethical decisions. Which means they can be second-guessed, but that just demonstrates the contention that there are no moral absolutes.

I do not say "without a doubt" that "God" does not exist, only that "God" as conceived by theists is impossible and irrelevant to human existence, an unnecessary explanation for any misunderstood phenomenon.

Oh, I also know there is absolutely only one way to spell "definitely".

That's why I'm agnostic. I haven't examined every shred of evidence in the universe that might support there being a god of some sort, so I can't say that I believe there is. However, common sense, and regular old powers of observation, suggest to me that there probably isn't any kind of god. I don't think that anybody can know without a doubt about anything.

Nice try, champ. But.........hmm. Nope,,,,,,, no god.
Absolutes are a matter of opinion..
1. There are some maybes.
2. Rights and Wrongs, depend on the subject, and the person.
3. I don't believe in some magical being, hanging around the cosmos for millions of years. IMHO!
This question is an oxymoron- high degrees, on the Moron part.

I do believe in absolutes, just not moral ones. Morality is subjective to the time place culture and situation one finds oneself in. You give me a "Moral Absolute" and I will give you an exception to the rule.

And as to god, I suppose it would be dependent upon the definition of god. I my mind the only thing one can determine about god is that he/her/it it is the starting point for all mass and energy. So by this deffinition, the big bang could be god.

Can you S P E L ? Can you say ANYTHING. We're waiting.
I can absolutely say that there is no way to prove or disprove god; there is, however, a way to construct coherent sentences & spell words as if they were actually of some importance.

I can say without a doubt that every god known to humanity is him or herself a human..... and every human calling themselves god is a deceiver and a liar... so the point has never been is there a god or gods... but should people be made to serve or be inslaved by these others who are just humans themselves

no I can't, and neither can you. What exactly is your point?
You seem to be implying that since it is impossible to disprove any strange idea that I therefore have to believe it?
Sorry, that's not the way it works my logically impaired friend.

However I am absolutely 100% certain that bible-god was made up by bronze aged goat herders. Without a shred of doubt.

"Can you say without a doubt that you cannot know without a doubt that God is real?"

That would be agnostics.

rights and wrong are subject to circumstance.

ie mugging and killing somone for fun is wrong.

Taking out someone doing school shootings is correct

Likeiwse bullying money out of schoolkids is wrong but taking crack and rugs and weapons off them is right.

As for your god statement... ok why not add thour, odin, aphrodite, venus all having regualr orgy parties, with the native american spirits next door with Horis and isis in their pysramids and Zeus overseeing it all
