This is a tough one. I am not a doctor or nutritionist. But, make sure you don't over eat, since that cause most of the problems health-wise in our society. Exercise of any kind is good. A good multvitamin helps, but as to taking more of specific vitamins, you will have to do some reading, and then test thing out on yourself, since everyone reacts differently and has different needs. You could consult an open minded nutritionist.
