Don't think there are any health benefits from eating any pasta. You could try the whole-wheat kind, it's really good. When I tried it first I mixed it half with the white pasta. Now we use it all the time, not everyday maybe about once a week or twice sometimes.

Large amounts of carbohydrates, so if you are working out you will have lots of energy and lots of the chemicals to build muscle. If you aren't working out, you can end up packing on alot of weight and a high blood fat content leading to heart conditions.

just the noodles.. high cholesteral. with red sauce. tomatoes have omega vitamins. good for your heart. with cream sauce. a big butt... lol
