When I do bicep curls, do i have to fully relax my arm or is half way good enough? like, when you are resting, do you have to have your arm fully strestch out?
also, if I do bicep curl on monday, wednesday, and friday
and do push ups on tuesday, thursday, and saturday, does it still work? I mean, you're suppose to work out every other day and push up uses biceps, doesn't it?

You should be working out every other day so your muscles have a day to heal. That'll promote the most growth. Even if you're doing a full body workout it's best to do it every other day.

When you do curls you should fully extend your arm. You shouldn't be relaxing it though. The entire motion should be controlled by your muscles. Don't just let your arm drop.

And by the way, there is no such thing as "toning" When you "tone" muscles you're really just losing fat so you can see the actual muscle more.
Burning doesn't mean growth. All it means is that there's a build up of lactic acid in the muscle. So don't assume your muscles must be growing just because they're burning.

You can go all the way down with the curl, but do not relax the muscles. Doing it half way works out a different part of the arm. Push ups work out triceps and chest mostly. You will not over work your biceps if you do opposite work outs as you say you will be fine, but if the pain is not normal pain stop.

Go more than half way, but do NOT fully extend and do NOT relax. You can cause damage to your elbows. The schedule sounds good. You don't really use biceps too much with push ups - you mostly use your chest. Remember you need to exercise in balance. You'll get some tricep workout with push ups, but I would do another tricep exercise to balance your bicep curls. And get a pull up bar and do pull ups. Awesome exercise. Good luck.

It depends on you. Work out and let your arm rest. Grab bananas, tuna, tofu, chicken for protein to repair.

Focus more on the stretch of your muscles. And its best to stretch it full, then rest till about 0-10% . Then do it again. Dont bend your back, or use the swing to do more. Its all about the quality of each curl.

your work out is fine.

as for the biceps, the point of the exercise is to keep your muscles tense but still having to work them.
I suggest lowering your arm to the point where it is almost relaxed but there is still some tension in bicep.

and for the MWF thing, alternate the number of reps and sets and the weights you are doing.

Remember for toning= lighter weights, more reps
for mass building= heavy weights, less reps

Whey protein will usually help too.

Push-ups work the chest, triceps and shoulders. When doing curls, do a full range of motion, and when letting it down, do it slowly for resistance.

It is always 20 percent of what your arm will bend, the slower you bend, the better your 'ceps will be.
