i try to limit my time on y/a to short intervals throughout the day, there's way too much more to life than to sit in front of a computer screen and answer and ask the same questions. step away from the computer, and walk outside, i promise the sun wont melt you, get in the car, pick up a friend and go out to eat, because you have worked up such a big appetite.

Mostly I just get thirsty for ice coffees. But I split one all over the darn key board once and fried it :) I pulled it apart and cleaned it and begged it to work but it's as dead as a door nail. So I'm now using an ancient one.

darling I have put on over a stone since joining here
which is wonderful though as I was very very underweight
but I sit and munch away without realising how much I am eating on here lol
