If I do spinning for about 6 hours a week for three weeks, How much body fat will I be able to lose?
I already have muscles.
I started spinning on and off for the past week and I noticed that I am getting more defined already around my cabs, parts of my legs, my collar bones are showing more.
Even my stomach is sliming down
My inner thighs for some reason doesn't have any fat.
Well it does but not as much as I would suspect

Only thing is that my outer thighs are wide and it has a lot of fat so I look disproportioned
My waist as fat as well

Anyway, I just want to get back into shape.

I just want to see how much I would lose in those three weeks because I want to look right in this dress I have for an event

But after that I will continue to eat properly and exercise regularly

Any suggestions?

the diet that you follow ultimately determines your body composition not the exercise that you participate in. the healthier your diet the greater the physical changes you will see in your body. exercise only provides the stimulus, your diet provides the nutrients that your body needs to run at optimum levels of efficiency. the more whole foods and the less chemicals that you ingest on a daily basis the healthier you will be
