Hell and heaven are figments of imagination. Mentally retarded is deprived of evolving spiritually in this life as all his senses are not active. It may not be the same in next life.

No. Most LIKELY not. Though what you are asking IS a "Judgement" call..and there is NO Christian that can or should make that kind of "call". God DOES see into our hearts, He does hold us accountable for the knowledge that we have, and what we have decided to do with that knowledge. Yes, I am sure that even "children" & "babies" may end in hell..for God sees ALL our days BEFORE there is even ONE! So He knows the courses we would take, whether we actually live them out or NOT. All things (& situations) have been created, or allowed by God, for the benefit of ALL His Creation. (Even the things, such as sickness, sorrow & even death) So the Power & Glory of God will be revealed in the completion of Time.
It is so that ALL His wonderous Creation, which has been "groaning" from the weight of sin; can see and understand the total destructiveness of this terrible disease which so easily entangles us!
So we will KNOW and understand why "obediance" to the ONE and ONLY God is all important, and what DOES happen when we follow in the way of dis-obediance.
To it's utterly horrible conclusion!
God does NOT want things to be this way, but in order for there to be Love, there MUST be choice.
Humanity has been given the "gift" of free will...along with some wisdom & knowledge to make our own individual choices of where we wish to spend eternity!
It is a decision we should NOT take "lightly" and we should LEARN all we can!
God has PROMISED and cannot lie, IF we seek Him with ALL our being, we WILL find Him!
The choice is yours alone. Eternity WITH God, or eternity without Him...in this world we see "dimly" what it is like without Him! I myself, long to be where He is! For there dwells ALL good, and righteousness!
No more sin to make us miserable!

The Bible says you cannot sin until you come of the age of knowing what is a sin. If you are a young child or mentally disabled...then you haven't reached that point...so no....BUT...I believe you have a flaw in your question. Usually children and the mentally disabled believe much better than do Christian adults....they just don't understand sin yet.

There have to be millions that died with out knowing God, they are not doomed. When Jesus returns and claims His Kingdom; Satan will be put away for a season, and all those that have not heard of God and was not given a chance to except Him, They will be given a chance to know about God, without the influence of Satan. They can then choose, how they want to go.

No, God can see into our hearts, and he knows if we are capable of knowing right and wrong, and if we are capable of truly understanding who he is and what he has done. I cannot see God putting a 3 year-old in hell. I don't believe he would do that.

No. The innocents will be in heaven. I am convinced of this. I taught severely disabled children for 30 years and I expect to seen them all in heaven one day with perfect heavenly bodies. We'll have a wonderful reunion!

No. I believe in God as He is real. I serve Him because I love Him and not going to hell is a benefit of that love.

No. God is Just. God will resurrect them with good healthy bodies and brains that will never age. God will send them all to heaven where they will enjoy their lives for ever like normal people.

No. He knows they can't understand what God and Heaven and Hell is about. I guess you can say they will never come to the age of accountability.

Not in Islam, Children are not held accountable for their worship until puberty. And the Mentally handicapped would not suffer the hellfire either. Allah(swt) is most merciful.
