Your gonna have a hard time finding that information.

Ive looked at all the Army demographic webpages.

And none of them break race down by pay grade.

Probally since it is an ever changing number.

But 19% of the Officers in the US Army are African Americans.

Black males make up 10.1% of all male Officers and Black Females make up 23% of all female Officers.

Thats the best info I could find.

Too many to provide an accurate number. However, in the Army they are just americans.

None all Lt-Colonels in the US Military are standard drab Olive Green G. I. Issue :-P

Maybe in my few years in the army I haven't seen a fair representation, but I have seen about equal numbers between whites and minorities among the command-level officers.

I would say none, they are all americans.
