When you eat pumpkin seed shells, do you get white spots in your stool?

Not sure if I have tapeworm or if it's just pumpkin seed shells!

I'm sure it's just the pumpkin seed shells. I don't think they are digestible (kinda like corn). Stop eating pumpkin seeds for awhile and see if there is a difference.
