for patient confidentiality issues....that way they ensure that they are giving the results to the right person. You can go to the lab and get them yourself, if you know what they mean. Another reason is that they will review your results with you, administer or adjust any medication that you are currently taking. Depends on the type of tests you are getting done.

If in case you were to need further testing, they would order it then, and give you a lab slip for it.

Medical records, lab or test results etc. can never be given over the phone for your own protection. You can however sign a release form and get them with proper identification. I have done medical records and have dealt with this before. You would be surprised how many people try to get other people's medical records and results!

because of privacy laws, they cannot give them to you over the phone or mail them to you. You can however, go to the lab in person, with ID and demand a copy of the results. Of course, you may not know what they mean...that is why you see a doctor, because he can tell you what they mean.

Darth Vader, of those 3. he's a villian that helped evil leaders smash entire civilizations and planets, for the period of galaxies.. ideal? (the Joker impacts one city, Gotham & Lecter is a serial killer, with person victims -- in accordance with 'physique count variety' you supply the undesirable-ness ingredient to Darth, palms down). next: no person, however the shark in "Jaws" arguably had extra desirable track play-alongside for the period of his scenes... then Darth Vader. That temper is desperate massively previous the two others you call, conveniently. capacity-clever? Darth Vader can impact issues around him, administration minds and count number, and make issues ensue by utilising sheer will & the manipulation of The stress -- the others can not. For sheer $$$ and numbers seeing the flicks -- Darth Vader as a villain carried such a lot of action pictures that spannned many years. The comedian-joker is located out extra desirable with Heath Ledger in the main present day Batman that any till now him -- yet regrettably, he can merely make that one movie. A jailed Hannibal Lecter rather helped seize some undesirable adult men, with the FBI's information the bizarro-strategies, extra or much less -- that's a flaw as "villians" bypass, extra or much less. he's a crafty & deceitful cannibal, yet while all and sundry observed it coming or witness his acts, they consistently might desire to shield themselves and beat that previous guy to an as quickly as of his existence. you merely could no longer do this to Darth Vader.. even a million-2-3+ Jedi Knights might desire to be triumph over, with their stress and their weapons. there is often that attempt, what happens in case you got here head to head with them -- in a dismal alley. If unarmed, i think of i will beat the residing senses out of the two Lecter and The Joker (if unarmed), heck whether they have been jointly.. yet Darth Vader? it quite is yet another tale, and inspires severe worry. he's the final villian, right here. Medical results are "legal" documents and they should properly be signed and dated.
