Naming an airline is not for amateurs. Big advertising firms spends tons of money on surveys to test reaction from the public for different product names. Delta laid a rotten egg with a new low cost spin off airline called SONG. What were they thinking?
.
When picking the name for an airline you have to research what the name suggests and one that stands out from the competition for one reason or another. Miss Piggy says "never pick an airline named after a guy like Air Fred"
.
I've always thought that people would react favorably to an airline called Air Stratus or Cirrus Air Both names suggests clouds and flying. Cirrus also sound like the word serious. Which suggest confidence or seriousness. Like CIRIUS Satellite radio.
