I would like to plan a destination wedding in Greece, but I am not sure where to start. I have found a lot of companies that have packages on the internet, but I am not sure how to find out if these companies are reputable (especially if they are outside of the US). Has anyone had any experience planning a destination wedding and if so, do you have any advice for things to do or not do and how go about planning a destination wedding? Has anyone used a specific company that did a good job? Do you know of a source where I could find out which companies that do destination weddings in Greece are reputable? Thanks!

We are a event planning company. We plan several destination weddings a year and have planned in Greece before. While you can get someone in Greece it becomes difficult it may be better for you to find someone here to plan overseas for you and escort you there planning every step of the way with you. A lot of companies like myself do overseas weddings and specialize in it. This makes communication easier and guarantees you are not being ripped off. We have several packages and if you would like more information feel free to email us. Good luck and Congratulations on your wedding.

I would check out the wedding planners in your area. Your first qustion should be if they have ever done a destination wedding of course. Wedding planners can have lots of connections and maybe if they dont know or dont do destination wedding they can point you in the right direction. Have you registered on www.theknot.com? Its a really good website, they have message boards, and I just checked, they do have a board about destination weddings.
Hope that helps.

Have you been to Greece before?? If not its amazing!!! You'll love it.
I went for the first time in March because my fiance is Greek and his Grandmother wanted to go again. He proposed in Delphi. Everything is really pretty and the food is amazing!!

Have fun!!!!!!!.

Newport RI is large around that factor of three hundred and sixty 5 days (nearer to October fairly than November). You get the water perspectives, fall foliage, and New England form castles. in case you're already from the Northeast, attempt something else to make your trip spot wedding ceremony relatively extremely worth the holiday! have exciting!

I would get references from a reputable hotel, especially from ones that have weddings on their property.
