For hot I'd probably choose sticky toffee pudding with lots of the sauce and maybe some custard or cream aswel ( but apple crumble and custard would be good too!)
For cold I think id have to go for the classic icecream....cookie dough would be the best yum!

Mine is an all in one favorite,
I make Bananas Foster,
"Court of Two Sister's" style,
set it a flame and gently ladle
this over homemade ice cream.
That wretched stuff served at
Joe's Crab Shack
is no where near what
Bananas Foster is supposed
to be like.
Bananas Foster was invented
by a chef at a New Orleans
restaurant called Brennan's.
I'm not positive on the spelling,
but this is what I found
with Check Spelling.

Cold i would say mud pie with chocolate or coffee ice cream filling and carmel and fudge and oreos and well basically the works and for hot i would go with a a warm chocolate brownie with hor fudge sauce . mmm im getting hungry thinking about it!!
