I think you are just being paranoid.
I am overly flirtatious with everybody, not just men, and my bf hates it, but he also knows that it is just a part of my personality and I don't mean anything by it. Talk to your gf about how her being overly flirtatious makes you feel but if it is just part of who she is, you are going to need to get used to it or move on.
