Im 16, 5'7, about 140-150lbs. I work out alot, and I practice fighting on my own. I livein an envoirment where avoiding conflict is almost impossible, and its like that in school. I get into fights alot, and I was wondering I can become better. What type of punches should I use? What kind of trianing? Im not looking for a class to join, im not looking to win a medal in sportsman ship im looking to survive. So if you have any important information on street fighting, punchings tactics, how to train at home without all this equipment please tell me. Any website will do fine. Thanks...

Your an idiot. I actually found myself telling you how to fight. That makes me a bigger one. Go study something and focus on learning something useful....You don't need LRRP tricks in playground fights. All this will do is ruin your life, and if you stay out of this it is not over at 16....or 17 for that matter.

I would still stress doing absolutely whatever possible to avoid getting into fights and avoiding situations where they arise--change your group of friends or where you hang out, whatever is necessary. If you must know how to defend yourself, though, I would suggest looking into self-defense books, or maybe finding another forum on Yahoo Answers... unless you happen to get an answer from a Navy Seal or Army Ranger or someone like that, you're better off asking questions like that in a sports-oriented forum.

Use your elbows and knees and stay in close. "Street" fighting doesn't allow for throwing punches. Besides, a good elbow will slice the face like a knife.
Go for the side of the neck and head, kick low or knee to the side of their knees.
It's not nice, but a straight kick to the balls will drop them.

You can learn self defense skills by taking karate or judo. While you may live in an environment that is filled with conflict, fighting is seldom the solution for this conflict. I suspect you will get more out of an anger management class.

The thing about Naruto is that if you are watching from the beginning you are literally watching him grow up and slightly (he is still dorky) mature. I'm in episode 158 of shippuden and he has gotten so strong that the strong people (the people that save his but trough out the first seasons) depend on him now.

kick the person as hard as you can in the center of the knee cap, their legs will buckle and then you can finish them off.
