ttc#1 and implantaion bleeding??

Question

okay neen and blah1 help me out here, and of course anyone else... my period isnt due until tuesday but i have been cramping the past two days... well just like 20mins ago low and behold either AF showed up or its implantaion bleeding. Now- I NEVER have been 5 days early nor late EVER.. so could I actually be lucky this month?? and should I test now even when I am bleeding?? HELP PLEASE!!!

NORMALLY before I get my period I get spotting the day before and than I go into my period. Today I just had some cramping and than blood. Does implantaion look like period blood or no? because this looks kinda like my period but I've never had it this early.. I am so baffaled. I cant even explain it....

it could be implantation, ive read that implantation bleeding is like your normal period but lighter. It normally occurs 6-12 days AFTER conception or around the time AF is supposed to show. If i were you, I would wait a couple more days, see if the bleeding subsides or gets worse. If it subsides and you dont get your expected period on Tuesday, then test. If it gets heavier, then it more than likely could be your period. If this is indeed inplantation, you should get a + on Sunday. Just wait until the end of next week to test, try to wait. Then you will know for sure if your period has started.

Implantation spotting only occurs in about 20% of all women. It is light spotting and appears for a day or 2 a week before your period is due.

It could be implantation bleeding or it could be your period changing. I do not mean to be a downer but I do not want to get your hopes up. I would suggest that you wait until Tuesday and take the test then.
