My sister US citizen and full time pysician unable to more out of the country for busy schedule. My parents, US visa holder . My sister was applied for Green card for my parents. I was for fill UP the from DV 20009.Three years ago when my parents and I was applied for visa they were gave visa to my parents but refused me. Now I need a visa.
