Lets say I have symptom of sleep apena or do really have sleep apena, can I buy CPAP online by myself and try it out? or do I must be presribed by doctor and take sleeping test? if I do buy CPAP, will it be harmful without doctor telling me to buy?

No you can't. You have to be prescribed one by the doctor. Then you have to have the settings programmed into it by the therapist.
