Chopped onions? How would I season the steak with it? Before it goes on the grill or after it is on?

My favorite is Dales Steak Seasoning... it's actually a sauce. I merinade the steaks in the liquid for maybe 30mins before cooking, if I'm cooking on the grill... if not I just put the steaks in a deep pan and cover the steaks about 1/2 up with the liquid. I also chop up a big onion and cook the onions right along with it. This is best if you keep an eye on the internal temperature and only cook it to medium - medium rare.

Yum!

Marinate the steak in teriyaki and Worcestershire sauce. Add a touch of ground black pepper and garlic powder.

Saute fresh mushrooms, with white onion in virgin olive oil.

Grill the steak 3-4 minutes on each side. Add sauteed combo upon steak when serving.

You really dont need much for your steak. Just a little salt, pepper, maybe thyme. Put some onions on the pan too when you sear it in. And deglaze the whole pan with some sherry while your steak rests. The whole thing should take you 10 minutes.

Mix fresh mashed/chopped garlic with a few tablespoons of dijon mustard and a good squeeze of lime juice. Coat the steaks and let sit for 10 min. Then broil until done.

The amount of this marinate you need will depend on the size of steaks you have and how many.

Caramelized Onions are great with steak! I like them on top of a good Ribeye

1 or 2 large onions (any type)
butter, margarine or olive oil (your choice)
sugar to taste (can also use brown sugar or molasses)
minced garlic to taste

Directions
Cut onions in half, then slice lengthwise
Melt about 2 TBSP butter or margerine in saute pan or use about same amount of EVOO
Add tsp or so of minced garlic
Saute onions till limp and clear
Sprinkle with about 1 TBSP sugar
Continue to saute until onions start to brown
Be sure to stir constantly
Adjust above ingredients to taste
Enjoy!

I like to put a little garlic powder on it, salt and black pepper. And for steak sauce, I usually go with Country Bob's.

Sure, cut onions and put inside double layered aluminum foil. Add butter, chopped garlic and a little salt and pepper.

If it's a good cut of meat all it really needs is a little salt (kosher salt is best) and pepper. Then you can throw a little A-1 or something like that on the side when you are done cooking it.

Make sure you let it rest (sit) for five minutes or so before you eat it.

Enjoy.
