There are only a handful of references, nearly all of which were hundreds of years later. the most significant one, in a book by Josephus Flavius, a roman historian, is only a couple sentence mention and is highly suspect as it doesn't fit with the surrounding paragraphs.
(note to above- the Koran was written centuries afterwards)
This means that one thing is certain. While Jesus may or may not have existed, we know for certain that he was not a significant religious of political leader in his day. His 'fame' came hundreds of years later. The new testament was written 1 to 5 generations after he died.
for a man who was supposedly the son of god, he wasn't very effective in his day. Is this the best that god could muster?

Christ is the grand theme of Scripture. The Old Testament contains many predictions, or prophecies, concerning Christ. The New Testament tells of His coming as a redeemer. Christ is concealed in the Old Testament and revealed in the New Testament. The Bible also tells of Jesus' death, burial, resurrection and ascension back to heaven. It concludes by revealing the next events to take place on planet earth. Jesus Christ will reign on earth for 1000 years. Then, there will be a final judgement called “The Great White Throne Judgement.” Lastly, a “new heaven and a new earth” will be established. The Bible gives us the plan of the ages from creation to a new creation. Revelation 21 and 22.

Short, simple, and sweet answer to your question: No, there are none outside of the Bible.
Some argue that Josephus is a credible source, but Josephus lived a little after Christ, and even so he was a traitor and a liar, the only thing the man could do was write. The Romans would have argued that Jesus never existed at all.

yes as a matter of fact quite a few other texts dipict the life of Jesus, but from different standpoints. the Gnostic Gospels are a different tradition of Jesus, and the Quran dedicates a whole Sura to the life of Jesus and Mary. also the Vedas, a text of Hinduism says that Jesus was in India and Tibet in his twenties. that may be so since Mary took Jesus to Egypt. it is speculated that Jesus and John the Baptist both studied with the Essenes.

There are prophecies about Him in the OT as well. Outside the Bible:
The Quran [/Koran] mentions Him as Issa.
And there are various Gnostic Gospels [... of Thomas; Philip; Peter; Mary Magdalene; Book of Enoch; Essene Gospel of Peace; etc. --via Google] that also talk about Him as Yeshua ibn Yosef, the Messiah [pbuh].
Enjoy.
Peace be with you.

Before the world was, the story of Christ is written in the stars. It's called the Mazzerroth (Zodiac). Around the wheel from Virgo the Virgin to Leo the Lion of the tribe of Judah.

Yes, Google the "Infancy Gospels" - they describe his early life. Without these early details, the powerful psychological metaphors of his later life events lack the transformational message that they were intended to provide.

Well there are a few mentions several generations after the fact, like Josephus. Most of them have some reason to doubt the authenticity, and none of them even claim to be eyewitness accounts. So not really.
