Its okay for them to be in the same container. They are not going to rub off on each other enough to make any difference. Just as long as you remember which is what then you will be okay. Storing and taking them are a differnent thing. Its just like me storing all my pills in my weekly pill box. I have 5 pills stored together in the individual days sections. Hope that helped you out.

Pills Container

That's a complete no-no! Lots of pills look alike, and you could accidentally take the wrong ones. Even ones that look different, can be mistaken for the wrong pill, if you're tired or can't remember what the pill is for. It's just not a good idea at all. Keep the pills in the container they came in. The only time I transfer pills from one container to another, is if they are exactly the same pill, same dosage. Sometimes there can be maybe two pills in one bottle, and when I get them refilled, I'll put the remaining two pills in the new bottle. But never mix different kinds --bad thing to do......

For destiny reference, i could recommend consistently conserving separate boxes for various pills, because of the fact it is rarely a great element once you stumble into the showering room finding for a tylenoyl on your headache at 2am in the morning and by threat take some thing else. i think of you would be merely high quality, yet once you may desire to in line with threat record the pill that have been in the bottle i might desire to assist you comprehend what effects they are think to have. although, i do no longer think that the pills contaminated one yet another, and whether they did it may be any such small quantity that it does not reason you any harm. you in all probability have a head soreness because of the fact psychologically you're stressing out on the grounds which you *might* have taken a various pill. i rather try this each and all the time, so merely loosen up, and in case you advance any worse indicators (vomiting, extreme abdomen soreness that doesn't subside, dizziness/blacking out, confusion) then i could honestly touch a doctor, yet as of ideal now those indicators appear as if benign rigidity suitable issues.

That is what the weekly pill holders do. You put all the pills you are taking in a day in one spot and they can remain for up to a week. I see no problem as long as you are sure what they are and there will be no confusion at a later time.

NO its not alright to do that you could accidently pull out the wrong pill and take it and if they are together in there for a long period of time they can mix up the chemicals on the pills.

Absolutely not! Over the counter nor prescription, tablet nor capsule should be placed in the same bottle for many of the same safety reasons of not storing chemicals in drink bottles or differently marked bottles. Why would one take the risk? To get rid of a couple of bottles early? To save 2 seconds in not having to open 3 bottles?

If you care to compact your vitamin or medicine routine why not get the travelers compartmentalize containers or the weekly dosage boxes and store them safely.

Then how would you know which is which? Bad Move - leave them in their original containers. That way you know which is which, you know the expiry dates and you won't get confused.

Unless the container is one of those dosettes you know the plastic ones divided in times of the day and days of the week - that would be the only time is would be okay to mix them in the one.
