what is the best way to remove circular blotches that appear on my photos (mainly those taken at night). I've got a Samsung NV7 digital camera and have cleaned the lens with a suede cloth but these spots appear to be within the lens itself. Any suggestions?

Are they possibly reflections of near off camera lights?
Do you have a polorizing filter on the camera? Why not?
If the lens has this defect, it is from the manufacturer and you should let them know. No one should take apart a lens. They are glued and set for the proper angle at the factory.
