Bill Bruford (YES)
Mitch Mitchell (Hendrix)

Buddy Miles (Electric Flag; Buddy Miles Express)
J. Jonah Johnson (Allman Bros.)
Levon Helm (The Band)

Lots more, all more accomplished drummers. Lot's of people actually thought GFR was their managers way at getting back at the music industry.

He was good. So was Greg Palmer of Emerson, Lake and Palmer.
