Hello hornets,
You asked for recipes for a dessert or a website. I give you a website so you can choose which winning recipe you'd like to serve. All of the recipes on the website are actual (real - not cloned) restaurant recipes. They "work" according to customers of the restaurant for over 25 years.
Enjoy!

(PS) I am not sure I should be directing you to these secret restaurant recipes!

1 (8-ounce) package no-boil lasagna noodles
2 pounds ricotta cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
1 orange, zested
1/2 cup roasted pistachios
4 ounces white chocolate, coarsely grated

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Bring a large pot of water to the boil and cook the noodles for 1 minute. Drain them and put them into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. Drain again and lay on paper towels to dry.

Whisk together the ricotta, sugar, cocoa powder, and eggs on medium speed with a hand or stand mixer, scraping down the sides of the bowl, until it is well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and orange zest. Spread 1/4 of the cheese mixture into the bottom of an 8 by 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle some of the pistachios over the top and press on a layer of noodles. Repeat, ending with the ricotta mixture and pistachios. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the lasagna has risen. Remove the pan from the oven and evenly sprinkle the white chocolate over it. Let cool, cut, and serve. i know this doesn't seem like a dessert but trust me it is

Very easy, very healthy:

Clean and half strawberries. Put them in a communal bowl. Give everyone at dinner a bowl of powdered sugar and/or melted chocolate.

Or:

Cut the very top off an apple and core it. sprinkle cinnamon on the exposed fruit. Put it in the oven for a few minutes, just enough to warm the apple. Take it out and put a cinnamon stick in the empty core. Make one for each person. This is a good one for the season because it tastes kinda like warm apple cider.

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1 egg, and milk until smooth. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, 2 cups white sugar, and vanilla. Mix in the remaining 3 eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; mix into the batter. Stir in chocolate chips.
Remove 1 cup of the chocolate batter. Spread the remaining batter into the prepared pan. Spread the peanut butter filling over the top. Drop the reserved chocolate batter by teaspoonful over the filling. Using a knife, gently swirl through the top layers for a marbled effect.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out almost clean. Cool completely, then cut into bars.

I'm making a simple lemon tart on Sunday. Here is the receipe: (it's from Paula Deen)

Lemon Tarts

4 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 T. sour cream
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
6 frozen mini tart shells
whipped cream, optional

Heat oven to 325 F.

Mix eggs, lemon juice, sour cream and confectioners sugar in a large mixing bowl. Spoon mixture into empty frozen tart shells. Bake in oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Top with whipped cream.

(If you can't find mini tart shells, you could get one frozen pie shell and use that)

make it easy take one tin of pears and put them into a oven proof dish, rinse off the water they are laying in. then sprinkle over mint chocolate and let them melt over the pears in an oven serve with a good vanilla ice cream easy and taste very good.
You might need two or more tins of pears depending on how many you are, make at least one per per person

pink stuff
12 oz cool whip ,small can of crushed pineapple, can of sweetened condensed milk, and a can of cherry pie filling .
Mix all together in a large bowl and let set overnight in refrigerator. I guess you can use other pie fillings and it would be just as good .

most people love chocolate cake, most people love pies,

but you can wow everybody by making little meringue
bowls, cooking them in a slow oven, and filling them ( just before serving) with pudding or ice cream.
