Sorry to bother with such tedious questions but i need to know how to convert it; i dont have adobe photoshop; all i need to do is change it to a jpeg file from a PDF file; can someone PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE help me step by step on how to do it i would realllllllllllllly appreciate it!!!!!!!!

You can try converting it free, online, at www.media-convert.com.
If it is not convertible - which I find doubtful - you can print it, scan, and save as a jpg.

Take a screen shot by using the Print Scrn key on the keyboard...then paste it into Paint ( a program found on all windows systems) Then you can save it as a jpeg.
