Definitivamente NOOO, a menos que seas masoquista o tengas serias broncas psiquiatricas.

You can't judge people by the movies they watch! That's insane. There are so many types of movies out there and so many types of people...I dont think it would be right to NOT trust them because they enjoy a movie such as SAW. What i've heard about saw is that there is a lot of suspense and it boggles the mind. It can be a movie for a problem solver or thinker. They enjoy trying to figure out what the main character is up to. Nothing wrong with that ;)

I like the Saw movies, they are different. Unlike every other movie that has the same plot as 50 other ones, they leave you guessing. And it doesn't make me want to go out and kill someone. It makes me realize how ungrateful we can all really be. How we let our little problems, our past, define us sometimes instead of learning and growing. It really just makes me think about what I would do in that situation, and how I can handle what comes my way better. If we are going to worry about certain movies, then I guess we should start worrying about certain TV shows, and almost all video games, and violent ads or comercials. Anyone crazy enough to commit a crime, could find inspiration from anything, from anywhere.

That's kind of a silly conclusion. The kind of entertainment a person likes really doesn't come into trust issues. Now say for example some loves snuff films, I would be a bit worried that they may try to shiv you in your sleep, but no I don't determine trust on the kind of movies someone likes. A non-trustworthy person may like Sleepless in Seattle, so don't go off of that. Hope this helps.

I don't see anything wrong in someone going to the movies to watch such a movie. But if he were trying to live by that movie, or you went to his home and saw his movie collection is all violence and has nothing else to show for, then maybe you could give a step backwards.... For your own good. Maybe for your physical integrity, or maybe just for the sake of not having anything whatsoever in common with this person.

Why shouldn't you trust someone who likes or doesn't like any movie??? Loads of people love being frightened out of their wits or like trying to figure out who did it! It's not about the violence...it's about the mind of the character and writer who brings these things about! That is one scary character! Have you ever seen any of the films?

why cant we trust anyone that wants to watch a movie like that?! That is their choice to watch it, and there is nothing wrong in them liking it. Watching movies like that doesnt mean that that person is filled with violence! Those movies stimulate your emotions and give some people a response that they secretly like. Yeah, i love to be scared once in awhile. but im a very trusting person, and everyone that knows me can trust me.

Grow up!!

I can only speak on Saw 1. I LOVED IT!! I am not a phsycotic in any way!! (It was recomended to me by my sister in law, who knows I love a good twist in films) The ending did indeed blow me away, but as I felt I would be looking out for major twists like that one in any subsiquent films, I haven't bothered to watch them!

Just because they like those kind of movies doesn't mean anything. The story of the movie probably is not boring to them as others are. Have you ask him if he likes other types of movies.
