Cheerios..the plain kind. Try adding banana to them, its yummy.

Raisin Bran is loaded with calories and sugar.

Rice Krisipies (110 calories, very low sugar), Cheerios - again very low sugar, rice chex - 100 calories.

whole grain cereals are no healthier than the other sweetened varieties, they just contain less sugar. they are still just as heavily processed.

whole oatmeal is truly healthy as it's 100% natural and is grown in the soil. you can't trademark and patent things that are all natural and good for you.

corn flakes, cheerios, shredded wheat (non-frosted), wheaties

add some fruits into them such as sliced strawberries, bananas or even blueberries

enjoy :)
