don't "hit on" her. don't start with something like, "you've got pretty eyes." for the most part, that weirds a girl out. pick out something you know that she's interested in and talk to her about it. for instance, if she's wearing a band t-shirt, ask her if she's ever seen them in concert. if she's reading a book, ask her what it's like. don't start off trying to let her know that you think she's pretty or whatever, just get to know her as a person.

Walk by her, say hi, ask her how she is doing, be polite ask her if she wants some company or to talk and if her answer is yes, ask her small question( they usually let up to a good conversation) and then ask her for her number and if she would like to chill sometime, aiight man good luck. Take baby steps ok.

Ask for help on something--people like to think that someone considers them an expert in something. Just something basic like, "can you help me find X" would start a decent conversation.

ask her about what she knows. if she likes sports, ask her about basketball or soccer or something. if she likes music, ask what songs she likes or what her favorite band is. if she does well in school, ask her how to solve a math problem sometime. all girls love to talk, no use denying that, so you should have a good conversation going with her in no time. =)

first its the eye contact.
then you start talking to her when your in little groups having a conversation.
thats when you start to talk to her alone, without those other ppl there.
maybe you could talk to her about some homework (you might get the homework, but hey, why not have an excuse to talk to her??)
depends on how old you are.
then ask for her phone number or email if she seems interested.

Be comfortable enough with yourself. Say hi or ask how she is doing. Ask about something that she is interested. Girls like to talk...she will respond in some way.

we like it when you say hi hows it going and then something like you look great or a subtle compliment :D or have u heard of that movie camp rock? im going to see it with a couple friends. do u want 2 meet us there? (idk why i said camp rock but whatever lol) if ur funny try to make her laugh but don't overdo it
