How can I activate on the navigation system on a Murano?

Does it have a color screen with Joy stick with the word (enter) in it's center? MAP, Destination, and Day Night on the control near the screen? If not there is no navagation system installed and you will find the navi equipt cars have an additional DVD player for Navi.
