Is there a spacial way that lay-people in the Catholic church dress? Does it differ among Western Rite and Eastern Rite Catholics?

Lay Catholics do not have a "uniform."

We dress like everyone else in our culture or country.

No. Lay Catholics can dress however we want to.

There is no special dress. You may notice a crucifix, or a head scarf for the older women, but that is it. Eastern orthodox people may have a larger percentage of beards perhaps also.
