There really aren't any direct references to the US or any current ppolitical powers. There are some who read some of the apocolyptic literature (Revelations, parts of Ezekial, parts of Daniel etc...) and see references to contemporary powers and people. ie - the great bear from the north=Russia, the bird of great power = US etc... a hermeneutic approach to these passages (understanding the texts in light of the historical, linguistic, and cosmology of the time that produced them) does not lead to these passages refering to the US etc... but that's not to say that there are no insights to be gained by seeing these as such.

In answer to your question - it depends on who you're asking and how they approach the texts. They usually refer to the book of Revelation, and a few places in Daniel and Ezekiel. But most reputable scholars would never agree with these interpretations.

Ezek 38-39, The land of unwalled villages << Russia is STILL COMING over the North Pole to attack us. Europe had walls around its cities. England did too. Middle East did to. Canada and U.S. was different in this regard.
The U.S. is termed ZION in prophetic passages
2 Esdras mentions the House of Israyl, MANY years after the Assyrian captivity being in Europe and moving past this area over the sea to "appointed place" 2 Sam.7:10
The prophecy of Ephraim becoming a "company of nations" is pointed at as being better translated as "company of states". 50 is a very important number.
Here is a site which will deal with many of the other passages.
