Where in the book of Acts does it mention anything about a python? Heard a message once about it, trying to find the source, help

Acts 16:16; ' ... it happened that as we were going to the place of prayer, a slave-girl having a spirit of divination met us, who was bringing her masters much profit by fortune-telling.'
The word 'divination' - is a translation of the Greek word πυθωνα (python).

It is in Acts 28:3-6

Acts 28:3-6 tells of the Apostle Paul being bitten by a viper, and suffering no ill effects.

I'm not aware of any mention of a python, sorry.
