Yes it does. I have received many good things in life for being honest. The best thing was my job that I have now. I am able to wrok with the best bunch of guys!

Honesty is always the best policy. If you tell the truth, you never have to worry about trying to remember what you told and who you told it to. Just stick with the truth.

It never pays to be honest for the simple reason that honesty in a capitalist society can never be anything other than a sign of weakness.
Dishonesty always wins through because a lie is only ever seen as a variation of the truth.
