We had breaded mustard turkey for dinner tonight. Mix 1/2 cup of milk with 3 tbsp of brown mustard. Place 4 turkey breast fillets in that mixture to marinate for at least 15 minutes (you could leave them in the fridge all day if you wanted. You can also use chicken). Then mix about 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1 tsp dried sage, 1 tsp dried rosemary and coat the meat. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. For a yummy sauce (and yes, I know it sounds weird) combine 1/2 cup sour cream with about 2 tbsp of whole grain mustard. Very unique and delicious!

That's a pretty wide open question. Here's what I'm serving this evening as a side to chicken.

Penne with Red Pepper Sauce

3/4 lb penne rigate
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 large Spanish onion, thinly sliced lengthwise
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 large red bell peppers; cored, seeded and thinly sliced lengthwise
1 Tbs drained capers (optional)
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup tomato sauce
2 Tbs shredded basil
1/4 cup (or more) freshly grated Pecorino (Romano) cheese

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne until al dente. Drain, reserving 3/4 cup of the cooking water.

Meanwhile, in a large, deep skillet, heat the olive oil until shimmering. Add the onion, season with salt and pepper and cook over moderately high heat until softened and just beginning to brown, about 5 minutes. Add the bell peppers, capers and crushed red pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are softened and lightly
browned in spots, about 10 minutes. Stir in the vinegar and cook until nearly evaporated, about 2 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the penne and the reserved cooking water to the sauce, season with salt and pepper and simmer, stirring, until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in the basil. Transfer the pasta to bowls, sprinkle with the Pecorino and serve.

oh, the easiest thing you can imagine is so yummy!!!
get your favorite sausage (not breakfast sausage) and pan fry it in a little bit of olive oil. when it is almost done add some onions and cook until the onions are clear- you can cook the onions brown if you want.
then mix with some pasta, already prepared, and eat. so good. i also like to eat it with a little cottage cheese.

its also really good to add some cabbage and cook it down once the sausage is already done. then put it in a corn tortilla and eat as a light taco.
