Absolutely, if you have something over your head or heavy pressure, you may be dreaming something bad or dream about things you feel pressured.

Because our mind and body are connected. Sometimes, if some music or sound went by while you were sleeping, you could dream of song or things about music or sound. Sometimes, phone ringing may also lurk into your dream and made your dream about phone or conversation with others. If you have window or AC open high, you may dream of being in beach with breeze blowing.. As for as sleeping position goes, that is the same thing unless you use to it every day, then it will be considered normal. Well, it depends on your mood. But yes, it will affect your dream.

All I can tell you is that I have wicked nightmares whenever I sleep on my left side. That's just me, though, I don't think that's true for everyone.

If I were to guess, there are certain positions that make you feel more comfortable than others. How comfortable you are determines how quickly and how deeply you sleep. How deep you are in the sleep cycle determines how much you dream.

I don't think the position can do anything other than alter one's comfort level and perhaps get you into that horrible sleeping/waking thing.

I HATE nights like that!!!

One time I dreamnt I was falling and I rolled off the bed...that might count for something!

no.the only way dreams can be altered is by the frame of mind you're in before you go to bed.it's best to fall asleep in a negative mood-depressed if posible.the true dreams happen 2 hours before you wake up.

i don't have any scientific research to back this up with but everytime i fall asleep on my back it seems like i dream the entire night, and most of them are really crazy and wild dreams.
