i have gained weight and lost it so many times, i went from a uk size 8 at age 20 to a 10 then 12 then almost 14 at 22 then lost over a stone and am now about a 10-12 again but my bum has gone a bit saggy. what is the best way to firm up?

To firm up your bum is quite easy, I'll list a few Tips you can do to achieve this.

Tip 1
Add more protein to your diet, you can do this by eating Almonds in between meals, or drinking protein smoothies.

Tip 2
Do 3 sets of Deep squats, doing deep squats tones the bum more than regular squats.

Tip 3
Do Lunges, this is a great way to isolate the bum area.

Tip 4
Do aerobics first thing in the morning on a empty stomach, training on a empty stomach forces your body to use fat for fuel, this tip alone creates a leaner body.

do lots of squats and lunges.
there are a lot of exercises solely used to tone that area...
buy an abs, bums and tum (Lbt)DVD from amazon.
use a good exercise mat.
you could join a gym or a firming and toning up exercise class. maybe combine toning up with cardio work outs.
