I heard that people who snore are supposed to duct tape a tennis ball to the back of their pajamas to keep them OFF their back so they don't snore...You could try the opposite. Put tennis balls on your front so you are only comfortable on your back

You could try propping pillows behind your back while on your side. Or try sleeping on your stomach. May or may not help. When in a deep sleep you are pretty much unaware of your position and you will end up in the position your body is most comfortable with.

Yeah I've doing it for many years now, and the main trick is to cross/lock your legs, so you don't unconsciously role in your sleep.

to train lay on your back and close ur eyes and yeah.
