I like the pork kind. I will boil the water and the eggs at the same time. keeping noodles long. Until eggs done and the noodles are almost too mushy. Take out the eggs add the seasoning peal the eggs slice the up big half moon shapes. Drop them in. Has to be HOT with lots of juice. Sooo good.

My kids like them raw sprinkle the powder on and crunch away.

My husband likes the noodle chopped up. cooked then drained add the seasoning. I think it's too salty that way.

Back when I was in college, I didn't read the package. So I boiled the noodles, drained them, and then stirred in the seasoning packet. I never realized for 15 years that it was supposed to be a soup! I still make it the same way, except now I occasionally toss in some baby shrimp and frozen peas.

Too much sodium for daily intake. You should eat mostly fruits and veggies and some meat, dairy, and grains. Not many people do that, but that is ideal. If you are on a budget, try discount stores and shop sales and use coupons. In college, I ate a lot of mac & chesse and ramen noodles to save money for movies and cds LOL.

I like to boil the noodles and add a creamed soup. If I want a "full meal" I add tuna fish. I sometimes add peas, the small young ones. I don't use the flavor packet when I do this, I save it and use it as a bouillon cube in another recipe. Thanks for sharing yours, it sounds yummy! I think I'll try it very soon! (I'm not so sure about the chocolate one though, I've heard of that before, it doesn't appeal to me.)

I like to add eggs too, but I cook the eggs differently. I scramble the eggs and cook them separately while the noodles cook. Then I add the scrambled eggs with the seasoning. I got that idea from a dish that I used to get when I lived in China. It had noodles, eggs, and tomatoes.

By the way, you're beautiful hubby!

i follow package directions, but i add a raw egg or two and about a tbsp. peanut butter and stir them. the eggs set about the same time the noodles are done. a dash of tabasco and soy sauce are good, too. also, i leave the noodles whole, that is, not broken up, then eat the noodles with a fork, then drink the broth from the bowl.

I shred cabbage, shred cooked chicken, dice green onions, toast sesame seeds, crumble the top ramen noodles, make a dressing of the sesame seeds, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and a little sugar and after mixing cabbage, chicken, green onions, sesame seeds and noodles together, I pour over the dressing. Makes a very nice salad. I don't cook the noodles and don't use the seasoning packet.

me and my hubby love to to boil the noodles, drain, add a little bit of warm water along with the seasoning then add tons of red hot sauce, and crushed crackers!! My hubby usually eat the noodles, then crushes the crackers in the left over broth.
Oh so yummy!! Some times it just really hits the spot!
