Drink water, tea or clear soup broth. If you need to chew on something make it celery, carrots or even a few pretzel sticks. Chewing sugarless gum helps too or sucking on a sugarless mint.

when u get hungry do not start ur meals but drink vegetable juices or fruit juices or just fruits.give some gap and then have ur meals.

if u eat anything when u r damn hungry body absorbs it whole.so thats the time u give 100% helathy stuff to ur body.that ll satisfy ur hunger and then have small meals

Try drinking water at various times of the day. Works wonders.

you should drink plenty of water so you can be full throughout the day by water. if you're hungry just snack on fruits liek apples and nectarines and celery.
