Genesis, Chapter 3, verse 24 has the following to say:

"So He drove the man out; and at the east of the garden of Eden He stationed the cherubim and the flaming sword which turned every direction to guard the way to the tree of life.sword, to guard the way to the tree of life."

Does anyone have any idea why the Cherubim are now shirking their guard duty? Did the Entrance to the Garden of Eden simply vanish later in history? Why is that "fact" not in the bible too? Seems relevant to the credibility of it.

Why isn't there a "Fiery Sword" International Park? People could stand next to the sword or the Cherubin and have their pictures taken, just like the changing of the guard in London.

Nothing in "God's Holy Word" ever said that the entrance became invisible. But, since that would be the simplest way to protect the area, why not do that to begin with instead of posting angelic guards with a flaming sword?

Hmm, seems kinda fishy, like the Bible's a bunch of crap afterall.

I would like to extend my thanks to the use below of the word "non-believer" as applied to me. It speaks clearly to my rationality and my unwillingness to pander to superstition and "Beliefs" that are not founded upon a single shred of evidence.

I would also like to point out if you suggested that Uta-Napishtim's.. I mean ahem.. Noah's (whew) flood destroyed the Garden of Eden, I would like you to cite the scripture which corroborates your assertion.

First it was flooded and then it was repeatedly used as a battle grounds, and after that it was leveled and a shopping mall parking lot was laid upon it but that didn't last long either since it's been the location of loads of senseless suicide bombings ever since.

Silly person... You know there was never a Garden of Eden. That's just a Bible story made-up for the gullible sheepherders.

There is nothing in the Bible as we know it today that talks about the fate of the Garden. However, there do exist apocraphyl writings that indicate that Adam's children, etc. grew up knowing where the Garden was and blaming their father, Adam for not being able to go in there. It is presumed that in the flood of Noah, the Garden was destroyed and no longer visible when the water's receded off the earth. Noah renamed the land around his landing spot using names that were familiar to them before the flood. Therefore, having the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers flowing southward from the general vicinity of Mt. Ararat is not surprising. They had those names before the flood so they repeated them after the flood.
The point being that the Garden may not have been anywhere near where the ark finally landed. Of course the existence of the ark is another subject to debate and be debunked by you nonbelievers.

It was flooded by the Persian Gulf... actually.

There were four rivers flowing from it... 2 still exist, the other two dried up. When the Persian Gulf was about 500 feet lower (at that time, the last ice age was still melting away)... those four rivers met... Noah's flood was the Persian Gulf filling through the strait at its base... this theory is also corroborated by the fact that most scholars no longer consider Noah's flood to be global (as that would be ridiculously impossible)

Good point. I'm sure you've given Christians a questions they never would have thought about on their own.
Good Job.
