Last night I dreamt that I peeled a very large scab from my forearm.. It was rectangular, about the size of an ice cream sandwich, and it came off smoothly, easily, and was in perfect condition.. It was about a quarter of an inch thick.. My arm was raw but not bloody. Only slight pus and redness. Then I woke.
Any ideas on dream analysis? I can't find anything when I do my search.

Peeling = act of seeking for recognition, attention
pus and redness = attention seeking, alert
Projecting peeling shows emotionally you wanted to be respected, and recognized in some aspect of life. Notice that you do not have pain or blood, that shows how you people noticed you. The little pus and redness may look disgusted, but actually it symbolize something you want people to notice. Perhaps, lately you are feeling left out or disrespected. That may be why you projected yourself peeling.

According to the dream, it seems that something in your life that you think should be easy has proven more difficult and painful for you than you feel it should be. You believe that if you can just try harder everything will work out, even if there is a little more pain involved. Try not to force anything however, it will not be good to worry so or force an outcome that you would like too much. If you are patient and are nurturing yourself and others, the scab (problem(s)) will come off (be resolved) much more easily and will not become infected (become worse).

First your arm is symbolic of you being able to exercise your authority or ability to accomplish a task. The scab on your arm represents at one time your authority was wounded or hindered and started to heal. By pulling of the scab you have opened up the issues in your life to hinder you authority again.

it is a sign of impending death. your dream has many symbols relating to the after life. You might die in 5 minutes, 5 days or 50 years, but death is coming for you.
