No religion is to glorify the clergy, and encourage greed wealth and power, and creates undesirable elements that makes religion an evil institution it is today.

Yes. As long as the encouragement stays within the religion and does not extend to making laws for the rest of society to follow. Then it would not be encouragement but forcing others into your system of beliefs, which is wrong.
