I know it depends on the person. I have no alcoholism in my family, I have no known health problems, I don't drink to get drunk, I just love the taste of Mojitos and have on average 2 per week, sometimes 3 or 4, depending on the mood and the company. I don't ever drive nor do I even drink at parties, only at restaurants usually.

I would like to hear from people who know a lot of medical information about the effects of alcohol on the body over time and if this will have serious effects on my health or not. Thanks.

I don't have medical experiance but have taken some classes regarding drinking. There is study that shows men who actually have 1 drink everyday live longer than most men who never drink. For women is 3-4 drinks a week the same. Wine is especially good for women trying to get pregnant and is good for the heart

You're fine. If you had 3 or 4 every DAY, then you'd be pushing it. Shoot, you can drink 7 or 8 per week in my book and still be okay. They say a glass of red wine a night is good for the heart. . .

No that's not too many, especially mojitos, which are quite light on the rum, really.
I think the studies that say that one glass of alcohol per day have health benefits are still holding up.

you may desire to take him lower back to the breeder to be along with his mom till he's 8 weeks previous. then you rather can take him residing house with you in a pair of month. A 4 week previous domestic dog shouldn't in any respect be accompanied out at 4 weeks of age. A domestic dog regularly isn't weaned faraway from its mom and eating good foodstuff till after 5 weeks of age.

No way. In fact some doctors would say that level of alcohol consumption is healthy because it lowers your blood pressure. I've read that doctors have studied and concluded that up to two alcoholic drinks a day is moderately good for you.

2-4 mixed drinks per week, spread out over the week, should not have any long term effects on the average person. If you eat food when you are drinking, this will mitigate any effect even more.

You should be OK if you don't exceed 1/day (women) or 2/day (men). Note: that doesn't include drinking a litre of hard liquor from a giant snifter and calling it one drink.
