If she is in heat, she is older than you think. Get her spayed.....that is the only thing that will make this "problem" go away.

Yes. Some kittens do go into heat when they are still quite young. For now you'll have to watch her carefully and make sure she doesn't go outside. You'll have to put up with her behaviour until she settles down again (It shouldn't be too long) because you won't be able to have her spayed while she is in heat. (There is an increased risk of complications during surgery while she is in heat.)

Yes of course she can be in heat - kittens can become pregnant from 4 months of age, more usually from 5/6 months though. Seen it myself.

She'll continue to come in to heat every 2 weeks until she's either impregnated or spayed.

So keep her inside, every second, until you can get her to the vets to be spayed. Phone them now to make an appointment.

If you spay her she won't cry anymore.

EDIT: A cat in heat is very vocal, calling and calling for a male cat. She will roll and roll on the ground and constantly rub against furniture or your leg. She will assume a breeding posture with her head and front legs near the ground and the rump area held high. You may notice her urinating frequently.

There is a cure. Spaying your cat will eliminate all these signs of being in heat and also eliminate the risk of certain diseases including ovarian cancers and infections of the uterus.

Cats don't go into heat until they are 5-6 months so it is just about time for her to go into heat. Don't worry just get her checked out by a vet and if you don't want little baby cats running around get her fixed.

24 weeks = 6 months. Yes, she's just starting to be able to come into season. You can get her spayed anytime now.

Get her spayed ASAP - being in heat is no fun for the cat, and makes your life miserable.

if a cat is in heat she will stick her butt up in the air to get into position for a mate, if she isn't doing that she is not in heat. My cats cry at night for attention if I don't let them sleep in my bedroom

i examine that generally kittens are disturbed unnecessarily, and that in case you hit upon kittens that are sparkling to pass away them on my own the mother would be back. yet once you hit upon messy kittens the mother in all probability met misfortune and wont return. it relatively is what i examine, in spite of the undeniable fact that, in the experience that your beneficial the mother hasn't been there in 24 hours, then use a syringe(the vet can in all probability supply you one for loose) to feed them.
