No, a full size is about one and a third of a twin. Two twins is a king size bed.

It is a king, but not a regular king, it's a california king. I know this because when you get a king sized mattress, people usually get two twin sized box springs so that they can be moved around easier.

It's almost a king.
King size sheets will work but you'll need to buy some elastic strap tighteners for the corners, as the king size sheets are just a tad bigger.

i would assume if you want to buy sheets, buy them queen sized...i have a queen sized platform bed and the way its built, it is the size of two twin sized pieces of wood. if you want to play it safe, then go ahead and buy the king sized sheets but i think the size leans closer to queen

It'll be slightly larger than a full, but not quite a queen. You might have luck with a king size flat sheet tucked under the mattress on all four sides.
